Was talking to some other dapple players and here's some tips and tricks I think I've come to find

When I'm playing dapples in soloQ, I want to try to pick more scrappy fights without relying on specials, so maybe I should play more vdapple or noct? I tend to rely on slider a lot, so I want to learn how to use my main weapon to exploit openings. I should try to ambush my opponents more too, and also play around cover like I do with wiper.

I need to watch more top-level dapple gameplay. I have with wiper, but not dapples.

Dapples also have a lot of weaknesses, and I should be more aware of them. I try to push forward way too much and take fights that I know I can't win. Nothing wrong with wanting to swap onto wiper or something else, but at the same time I do want to learn how to overcome those problems and eventually learn how to beat weapons that I have a bad matchup into.

When I'm playing soloQ I struggle with my mindset of wondering "oh why didn't I do that" or "why couldn't I have had a better comp" or anything else. I try to use soloQ as a way to test my skills, but often I get into my head about wanting to play "better" and get a high X power.

It's physically impossible for me to win every single game that I play. It's impossible for anyone to win every game. Even top level players often lose games. I have better retrospective on my games a day or so after.

Sometimes I get games where the enemy team is going to fold like a house of cards when I push them, or one that's solid as a house of bricks.
